After tough loss to Indiana State, UND drop in the FCS polls; NDSU remains the top team

FARGO (KVRR) – The UND Fighting Hawks are coming off a tough loss to Indiana State on the road. With that, the committees for the Stats Perform and Coaches’ polls have dropped North Dakota in the rankings. They now rank 21/23.

UND was ranked 15th last week, but coming off losses to ISU and Youngstown State has put a dent into the Fighting Hawks 2024 campaign.

They will look to rebound this week at the Alerus Center when they take on #3 South Dakota State Jackrabbits on Saturday.

Meanwhile, the North Dakota State Bison remain at the top of the polls. They have a bye week and will not be playing this weekend.
