City of Fargo Polls Start Election Day With Swift Lines

Voting

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Polls in Fargo have been slowly ramping up with voters coming in throughout the day.

A few dozen voters were waiting in line to vote around 2 this afternoon.

They are being sent in groups to the clerks to keep the line moving.

This process has many not as worried to get their vote in.

As one voter shared with our news team your vote matters in making the difference you want to make.

“As a citizen, it’s the one thing that we have that is a privilege to make a difference in our country. And make our vote count. And yes the electoral college does count for us, so it’s important that we get in to make our statement now so it makes a difference for what happens later,” said Nick Furey, Voter.

As of three this afternoon the wait times at Fargodome had gone down from 20 minutes to two.
