Tattoo shop offers discounted tattoos for Veterans

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Veteran’s Day may be over, but one Fargo Tattoo shop is still working to give back to those who have served.

Dakota Dream Tattoos is offering all veterans 50% off their tattoos for the rest of November in recognition of their service.

They say that tattoos can be important for veterans, and can help them stay connected to their service and build community.

And that camaraderie can even be built in the tattoo chair, with an artist who’s a veteran himself.

“It’s been a good reception to it. A lot of gratitude and camaraderie. Been able to talk and relate to these guys and share stories.”

Bartram added that the discount will also help make sure that disabled veterans like himself are able to afford their tattoos.
