UND, Michigan State heading to Texas for Hockey Hall of Fame Game

GRAND FORKS, N.D. – For the first time in program history, North Dakota hockey will head to Austin, Texas to host the 2026 U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Game.
North Dakota will take on Michigan State on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026.
“The U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Game in Austin is the type of event that we want to have both our student-athletes and fans experience,” said UND Athletics Director Bill Chaves.
“We are excited to have the opportunity that showcases our university, hockey program and student-athletes deep in the heart of Texas. We cannot wait for our kelly green to takeover Austin.”
This will be the 105th contest between North Dakota and Michigan State. UND holds a 64-37-3 record in the series.
