Suspect Who Trigged Shelter-In-Place in North Fargo Is Arrested for Terrorizing

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A shelter-in-place was issued in north Fargo early this morning after reports of a man terrorizing people with a gun.
Police say 43-year-old Nearia Gibson of Fargo allegedly threatened two people with a handgun around 3:45 a.m. in the 1800 block of 3rd Street North.
The victims left the area and officers tried making contact with Gibson.
Around 7:50 a.m., he came out of his home and was arrested for terrorizing.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and no other information is available.
A shelter in place was issued for a short time and was lifted around 7:55 a.m.
