FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Charges against a Moorhead woman are under investigation after a series of crashes on I-94 in Fargo.

Highway Patrol says 43-year-old Fatuma Osman was driving too fast on the snow and ice covered interstate just after 3 p.m. near 25th Street South.

She lost control and her SUV hit the ditch, then a bunch of trees before rolling onto its roof.

Osman and two passengers all have serious, non-life threatening injuries.

She was the only one wearing a seatbelt.

They were all taken to Sanford Medical Center to be treated.

Troopers say four other drivers looking at the crash site either rear-ended each other or went off the road to avoid colliding.
