FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Fargo man is facing another robbery charge for allegedly taking a cell phone from a Fargo South High School student.

A criminal complaint says 21-year-old Fidele Ndaruhutse approached the student while they were walking home from school in October.

Ndaruhutse demanded the student make a call, and then took the student’s phone.

He’s also accused of punching the student in the chest and threatened to stab the student.

Ndaruhutse was arrested in November after allegedly robbing a woman after attempting to force her into sex acts.
