Three arrested following ATM burglary in Arthur, N.D.

ATM Burglary

FARGO (KVRR) – Cass County Deputies responded to an alarm at Bank North in Arthur, North Dakota early Tuesday.

When deputies arrived, they found that an ATM at the bank had been broken into.

After responding to the burglary, investigators received notification that a bank in Traill County had also been burglarized and the suspect vehicle was reported to be traveling southbound back into Cass County.

Deputies attempted a traffic stop. The driver fled at a high rate of speed, leading deputies on a pursuit that ultimately ended along County Road 26 near Northern Cass School.

Three men were arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail.

Zachary Huesers, of Garrison, was charged with suspicion of burglary and fleeing. Jacob Stein from Fargo and Tucker St. Croix were both arrested for suspicion of burglary. 

No injuries were reported. The Cass County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate this incident.
