Fargo Man Arrested After West Fargo Chase in Stolen Vehicle

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — Fifty-four year old Steven Sturgill of Fargo is accused of leading West Fargo police on a pursuit in a stolen vehicle.

An officer tried to stop Sturgill in the 800 block of 9th Street Northwest shortly after 1:30 a.m. but he fled and the pursuit began.

A PIT maneuver was used to stop the vehicle.

Sturgill was arrested for fleeing, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, DUI refusal, and driving under suspension.

The vehicle was reported stolen out of Fargo and police say additional charges are possible.
