Man Arrested For Firing Shots In The Air in Fargo During Stolen Property Dispute

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — Police arrest a West Fargo man for reckless endangerment after he admitted to firing shots into the air in south Fargo.

53-year-old Eric Jensen was found in the 1600 block of 34th Street South around 8:10 p.m. after a report of gunshots.

Jensen told police that a man who was staying with him stole his vehicle and some property.

He tracked down the vehicle and man and started to argue.

When the man walked away, Jensen fired several shots into the air.

The man left and hasn’t been found by officers.

Jensen was booked into Cass County jail.

Fargo police say the investigation is ongoing.
