Valley City Man Arrested For Luring Minors by Computer

VALLEY CITY, N.D. (KVRR/NEWSDAKOTA) — A Valley City man makes his first court appearance after being arrested and charged with luring minors by computer and indecent exposure.

30-year-old Adam Liesener was arrested on Monday.

Court documents say Valley City Police were tipped off last August that he had sent a nude picture to minors.

He was working at Open Door Center which serves kids and adults with disabilities.

That is where a North Dakota BCI agent presented him with a search warrant for his phone.

Liesener admitted to sending the picture but told investigators he has never had physical contact with anyone under the age of 18.

He’ll be back in court late next month.
