WEST FARGO, N.D. – Yes, it’s a little bit chilly outside. But that has the added benefit of keeping some unique works of art in downtown West Fargo intact for many days to come.

Today, the City of West Fargo unveiled several massive snow sculptures at the POW-MIA Plaza.

The “Snow Much Fun” event featured the work of artists Jay Ray, Mike Nelson, and Josh Zeis, who sculpted in a medieval theme. Designs include an archway, a dragon, and even the sword of Excalibur, plunged into a block in the middle of the plaza.

If you’re going to go check them out – the city asks that you refrain from climbing on or otherwise touching the sculptures.

They would like for them to last as long as possible.
