Spuds Girl’s Hockey Trio Wins Chris Heise Play of the Week

MOORHEAD, Minn (KVRR) –In a game vs. Andover, the Moorhead Spuds trio of: Olivia Kortan, Kendall Lund and Anna Bjorkman combined for a play that takes home this week’s Chris Heise Play of the Week.

Olivia Kortan wins the faceoff in the Spuds’ defensive zone. The puck finds the stick of Kenall Lund who fires a beautiful pass, off the boards, to the stick of a streaking Anna Bjorkman. Bjorkman finishes the play with a sweet goal.

 

Congrats to the Spuds trio on winning this week’s Chris Heise Play of the Week!
