They have been trading partners since 1993 with over ninety million dollars in trades.

In the past few years, antisemitism has risen around the world.

In the United States, 72% of Americans in a study by the American Jewish Committee say that antisemitism is a problem in the country.

North Dakota has an estimated 500 Jewish people living in the state.

“Maybe next year we’ll be able to see more Arab countries, some of the biggest Arab countries in the region like Saudi Arabia, joining the peace circle with Israel. That would bring stability. And to this region, specifically North Dakota, I really hope to see the partnerships between Israel and North Dakota continue to grow in the upcoming months and years,” said Consul General Yinam Cohen.

He hopes to continue fostering a relationship with North Dakota.
