HORACE, N.D. (KVRR) — Horace High School broadcast students switched the tables on KVRR’s evening anchors, Alison Voorhees and TJ Nelson, with their very own interview.

Students conducting the interview gave an insight into the start of both Voorhees and Nelson’s careers.

Nelson was once a radio host before moving into the TV news industry starting as a weatherman at KMOT-TV.

Voorhees had gone to school at MSUM and was invited to join KVRR in 2009 as a production assistant.

Both Nelson and Voorhees shared experiences.
