UPDATE: Highway Patrol Continues Investigation Into Fatal Bicycle Crash

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A suspect’s vehicle has been located in connection with the crash that struck and killed a bicyclist in Fargo Wednesday night.

The suspect’s identity has not yet been released and investigation into the incident is ongoing by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol is asking for the public’s help in finding the driver of a vehicle that struck and killed a bicyclist in Fargo Wednesday night.

The crash happened shortly before 8 p.m. at the intersection of 10th Street and NP Avenue N.

Witnesses say a white SUV was northbound on 10th Street, hit the westbound bicycle, and continued on without stopping.

The bicyclist, an unidentified 60-year-old man, was taken to Sanford Medical Center where he died. Investigators say the SUV may have front-end or undercarriage damage.

Anyone with information about the vehicle or its driver is asked to contact the highway patrol.
