FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Fargo man is sentenced to two years in prison for a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured two people in south Fargo last June.

25-year-old Nicholas Tschosik denied driving the car and refused sobriety and chemical tests but eventually pleaded guilty to charges including a second DUI charge in seven years along with reckless endangerment.

Witnesses told police a car was going up to 90 miles per hour on 36th Street South near 32nd Avenue before it crossed the centerline and crashed head-on into a vehicle.

Tschosik was arrested at a hospital where he was being treated for an eye injury.
