Preview Inside Long Awaited Retail Store Von Maur at West Acres Shopping Mall

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The most awaited opening day for the first Von Maur location in North Dakota is a week away.

From chandeliers to bright lights and a wide selection of goods, Von Maur brings a new experience to West Acres.

The retail brand has operated for over 150 years with 39 store locations throughout the Midwest.

“It really is seeing it come to life and then seeing all of the employees that you know have chosen Von Maur to work for it’s humbling in so many ways. That was me 28 years ago choosing Von Maur as a sales associate. And I think that knowing that these folks have joined our family, seeing all of the products, it’s just a great feeling,” said Melody Wright, Chief Operating Officer at Von Maur.

The store’s grand opening will be on April 5th with festivities and giveaways throughout the store.
