Bemidji Woman Indicted For Assaulting Flight Attendant On Allegiant Air Flight From Las Vegas

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Bemidji woman faces federal charges for allegedly grabbing a flight attendant’s genitals on an Allegiant Air flight from Las Vegas to Grand Forks.
64-year-old Jody Sherry-Berg was arrested on Tuesday on a warrant from North Dakota.
She was indicted for interfering with the performance of duties of a flight attendant.
A state charge of giving false information to law enforcement has been dropped.
Sherry-Berg is accused of assaulting and intimidating the flight attendant on the January 16 flight.
She will be arraigned on April 21 in Grand Forks and faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
