Crime on the decline in West Fargo

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Crime is on the decline in West Fargo as the police department releases their annual report.

The 2024 annual report from the West Fargo Police department showed a 6% overall decrease in crime, with a 16% decrease in crimes against persons.

There was also an 18% decrease in crimes against property, numbers that the police department say show their continued success in meeting the needs of the growing community.

The report did show the department revieved over 32,000 calls, that’s an increas of 15% since 2021.
