SWAT assists Fargo Police after man allegedly barricades himself in apartment with 2 children

FARGO, N.D. (KFGO/KVRR) — A 33-year-old man is in the Cass County jail this morning after a stand off with Red River Valley Swat.

Fargo Police say officers were called to the 2600 block of 14th Street S. late Tuesday night on a report of a domestic disturbance. A woman says the man threatened her before she left the building.

Santiago Rosendez allegedly barricaded himself in the south Fargo apartment with two children.

Red River Valley SWAT was called and around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, Santiago Rosendez was taken into custody.

Rosendez is being held for terrorizing.
