Fargo man sentenced for having a gun while being a convicted felon

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A Fargo man is sentenced to over four years in prison for having a stolen gun as a felon.
Kadar Pearson, 21, pleaded guilty in November.
Last June, Fargo Police responded to shots-fired in the area of the Arbors apartment complex.
They saw Pearson wearing a sweatshirt with something in the pocket and a ski-mask over his face.
He fled from officers and threw a gun underneath a parked vehicle.
Pearson was an inmate on escape status with the State Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for fentanyl delivery and theft of a gun.
