Fargo Man Arrested After Head-On Crash In South Fargo Injures Two

FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) – A 20-year-old Fargo man was arrested after a head-on crash in Fargo Thursday morning.

Lt. Shane Aberle says officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at 15 1/2 Avenue S. and University Drive around 3:45 a.m. Witnesses told officers a vehicle moving at a high rate of speed crossed the center line and crashed into an oncoming vehicle.

The two people in the other vehicle suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to a hospital.

Richee Koomsman was arrested for outstanding warrants. Aberle says the investigation is ongoing and additional charges are possible.
