High-Risk Sex Offender registers at 123 15th St. N.

FARGO — The Fargo Police Department is notifying the public of a registered sex offender change of address.

Leroy Gordon Sonnenberg, 82, registered an address at 123 15th St. N.

Sonnenberg was convicted of lascivious acts with children in Story County, Iowa in 1968. In 2008, he was convicted of exploitation of minors in North Dakota.

Sonnenberg is a high-risk lifetime registrant.
