Teen pedestrian suffers life-threatening injuries in Hutchinson crash

HUTCHINSON, Minn. (KVRR-KFGO) – A teenaged pedestrian is hospitalized with serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle Tuesday night in Hutchinson.

The Minnesota State Patrol says the 16-year-old boy from Biscay was taken to Hutchinson Hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries. His name was not released.

Troopers say a car was traveling southbound on Highway 15 when it struck the victim.

The driver and passenger in the vehicle were not injured.
