DUI Crash in West Fargo

Police say the driver, who is below the legal drinking age, nearly crashed into a home.

WEST FARGO, N.D. – The West Fargo Police Department made a DUI arrest early on the morning of Friday, May 23, after their suspect got themselves in a nasty crash.

The WFPD says they responded to reports of a single vehicle rollover crash just after 12:30 A.M.

Upon arrival, officers discovered the driver had driven off the road.

The vehicle struck a nearby electrical box, a tree and nearly hit a home.

Gage Michael Filloon, an 18-year-old male from West Fargo, North Dakota, was arrested for driving under the influence and minor in consumption.

Filloon was transported to a local hospital for injuries resulting from the crash. There were no injuries to bystanders or emergency personnel.
