Food trucks feed folks at Eat United event

Lunch plans were easy for those near Blue Cross Blue Shield in Fargo as they co-hosted the “Eat United” event along with United Way of Cass-Clay.

Food trucks lined the parking lot as people walked, ate food, and listened to live music.

Sixteen food vendors were at the event, including four of them for the first time.

Live music was provided by Keith Axtman.

“The community has really rallied behind us, wanting to come out to this event. And again, giving back to our community,” said JoVal Wettlaufer, Wellness Advisor for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota.

This is the eighth year Blue Cross has held the event and a portion of all the sales will go into the United Way’s general fund.
