Armstrong surveys storm damage
ENDERLIN, N.D. (KVRR) – Gov. Kelly Armstrong has been meeting with community leaders and surveying storm damage in the Enderlin, Page and Hunter areas.
Armstrong declared a statewide disaster and activated the State Emergency Operations Plan after multiple tornadoes, strong winds and hail caused widespread damage Friday across North Dakota.
Three people were killed by a tornado in rural Enderlin.
