Barnes County man arrested for terrorizing after repeatedly threatening to shoot another man

VALLEY CITY, N.D. (KVRR) — Bond is set for a Barnes County man accused of threating to shoot another man.
33-year-old William Smith was arrested last Thursday.
Court documents show that a woman in Oriska called officers saying Smith had repeatedly threatened to shoot her ex-husband in the face during a confrontation.
She says Smith made the threats after she asked if he was on drugs.
During the investigation, Smith was pulled over by Valley City Police and arrested for DUI.
He was also jailed on charges of terrorizing, DUI refusal, felonious restraint and theft from a motor vehicle.
Bond is set at $3,500.
