Man leads West Fargo Police on pursuit down Main Ave.
WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — West Fargo Police were led on a pursuit late Sunday night, after an attempted traffic stop near the intersection of 45th Street and 7th Avenue S.
The driver of the vehicle fled westbound towards the 300 block of Main Avenue, where police used a PIT manuver to disable the vehicle.
The driver, Levi Roland Hansmeier, a 34-year-old man with no permanent address was arrested for felony fleeing in a motor vehicle, felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of fentanyl, providing false information to law enforcement, and driving under suspension, as well as several felony warrants.
