Fargo man charged with Gross Sexual Imposition after being caught with teen in elementary parking lot

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A Fargo man is accused of gross sexual imposition after he is caught with a 14-year-old girl in the parking lot of Lewis and Clark Elementary.

Police arrested 31-year-old Abdallah Al Gburi after responding to a report of a suspicious vehicle at the school late in the evening on June 25.

Court records show he was shirtless and the minor was pulling up her pants as the officer approached the vehicle.

Police say Al Gburi met the teen on Snapchat and she said he had touched her all over her body.

Al Gburi is charged with four counts of gross sexual imposition with a victim under 15.

Bond is set at $500,000 and his next court date is set for August 13.
