Downtown Fargo Street Fair Comes to a Close
Event planners are already gearing up for next years' installment, which will be the 50th.
FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – The 2025 Downtown Fargo Street Fair is in the books, and the organizers are buzzing about how well things went.
The Fargo Police Department installed bollards at intersections to ensure the safety of attendees.
Other than that first-time implementation, the fair was business as usual.
There were performers of all kinds, vendors, and of course many food options to choose from.
Organizers say they’re already looking to next year, which will be a very special anniversary.
“Next year is our fiftieth anniversary, so we’re going to have to do something big. It’s going to be exciting,” said Rocky Schneider of the Downtown Community Partnership.
“Maybe we’ll do community input, trying to figure out what should that big idea be. What should we try to do next year for the fiftieth anniversary of this. Because downtown is bigger and better than ever, and we’ve got a lot of opportunities ahead of us.”
