FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (KVRR/KFGO) — Fergus Falls has a new police chief.

Justin Paul landed the job on Monday after being one of three finalists interviewed last week.

He has a 27-year career in law enforcement and currently serves as a Captain in the Bettendorf, Iowa Police Department.

Paul says Fergus Falls is “kind of like Goldilocks”: it’s just the right size.

He will replace Kile Bergren who is retiring after serving as chief since 2010.
