Suspect Identified in Fargo Bank Robbery
66-year-old Jay Douglas Barker has been arrested for bank robbery in the past.

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – The Fargo Police Department have released the name of the man accused of robbing a downtown Wells Fargo bank on August 1.
The robbery took place around 1 P.M., and FPD reported they had their suspect in custody around 4 P.M. that same afternoon.
We now know the man is Jay Douglas Barker.
Back in 2017, Barker was arrested for an armed robbery at a bank in St. John. He robbed the Citizens Community Credit Union in St. John at gunpoint and was later arrested in Belcourt.
Barker is being held at the Cass County Jail facing a charge of robbery with a firearm, dangerous weapon, or destructive device.
