Update: Minnesota BCA investigating ‘use of force’ incident in Moorhead

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) – The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says it is investigating a “use-of-force incident” involving multiple law enforcement agencies in Moorhead.
Moorhead police officers responded to an apartment complex in the 2400 block of 3rd Avenue N. around 8:50 p.m. Monday for a report of a disturbance.
The Red River Valley SWAT team responded as the situation evolved.
Police have not given details, but say two people suffered injuries. No officers were hurt.
As of Tuesday morning, law enforcement was still at the scene and police tape surrounded an apartment building.
Police say there is no danger to the public.
