Vehicle crashes into building on Center Avenue in Moorhead

MOORHEAD (KVRR-KFGO) – No one was hurt when an SUV crashed through the front of a building at 901 Center Avenue in Moorhead Friday morning.

The SUV went onto the sidewalk and into the brick wall under the front window. Bricks and glass were lying inside the building.   An employee of one of the businesses says everyone is okay physically, but a little shook up.

Police say the driver mistook the gas pedal for the brake. Police have not issued any citations.

The building is home to Absolute Style Boutique, Ciao Bella Salon, and Strand and Marcy Insurance Agency.
