Juvenile Injured in Dirt Bike Crash, Flown to Hospital

Authorities in Douglas County indicate that this was a single-vehicle crash.

GARFIELD, MN (KVRR) – A juvenile is still recuperating after being injured in a dirt bike accident that caused them to be taken to the hospital via Life Link.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says that they received a 911 call about a motorcycle crash with injuries near the intersection of County Road 12 and Limb Road. That call came in at about 6 P.M. on August 29.

When they arrived, they discovered that the injured person was a juvenile male who was operating a small dirt bike. The patient was treated at the scene by the Brandon First Responders and North Ambulance. They were then transported to a nearby hospital by Life Link.

This crash is still under investigation by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
