Shots fired investigation in Richland County

RICHLAND COUNTY, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) —  The Richland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of shots fired near Christine early this morning.

The sheriff’s office says a vehicle drove by and fired multiple shots at a home.

The North Dakota BCI was called in to assist. The sheriff’s office says the incident is believed to be isolated and there is no threat to the public.

The shooting remains under investigation.
