Police surround Fargo home, order person to come outside

FARGO (KVRR) – Law enforcement officers have surrounded home in north Fargo and ordered a person inside the home to come outside.

The home is in the 700-block of 2nd St. North.

Several Fargo police officers and Red River Valley SWAT members are on the scene. A portion of the area has been closed to traffic.

Police were using a loudspeaker to tell the person that he’s under arrest and ordered the person to come out of the house.
