Ten felony child porn counts filed against West Fargo man
WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A West Fargo man is charged with ten felony counts of child porn.
Court documents say Michael Wolcott of West Fargo shared child porn images with another user on the messenging app Kik.
Girls in the clips are believed to be between 7 and 17.
Authorities were tipped off to Wolcott’s actions by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
During a search warrant last Thursday, Wolcott admitted to using Kik and Telegram to obtain and view the child sex abuse material.
He faces five counts of promoting a sexual performance by a minor and five counts of possession of certain materials prohibited.
