VIDEO: Moose in Fargo; police warn people to stay away

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — There’s a moose on the loose and Fargo Police Department is keeping a close eye on this unexpected visitor.

This video of the animal was captured by Joey “June” Barnes near the Olive Garden area off of 13th Avenue south in Fargo.

Police also posed a picture to social media reminding people that the moose may look calm, but they can be unpredictable and dangerous, if approached.

They add that if you see the moose, please STAY AWAY, as hopefully it makes its way out of town.

Also, never try to feed or interact with it.
