Downtown Fargo introduces new business, Fergie’s & Frenchie’s Creperie, into Roberts Alley

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Roberts Alley officially welcomed a new business on Friday with sweet treats and drinks alike.
Fergie’s & Frenchie’s Creperie opened its doors, bringing a taste of fresh crepes and flavorful dirty sodas.
Crepes include the classic French crepe, strawberry, banana, Nutella, and savory crepes like a salmon-style crepe.
The new creperie is owned by the owner of Ferguson Books, with books from the bookstore available for purchase.
Ferguson says the idea took off after a man from France started a cafe bistro in the bookstore in Grand Forks, and he wanted to bring this concept to Fargo.
“It didn’t work out for him, but we wanted to make sure that we could figure out a way to bring it back to life. And right now we’re really excited to be a part of the Fargo-Moorhead eating and dining and restaurant community,” said Dane Ferguson, Owner of Fergie’s and Frenchie’s Creperie.
The creperie will be open five days a week, with new seasonal crepes and drinks to try
