Target submits plans for second south Fargo store

Fargo, N.D. (KVRR) — Target has submitted an application for a permit with the city of Fargo to build a new store in South Fargo.
The store would be built at 4814 38th St. S, just off of 52nd Ave. and I-29. The store is planned to be approximately 133,000 square feet.
So far, the application has not been reviewed, and all inspections are pending.
In their application, Target says “the site is understood to be a floodplain,” and that they have also submitted an Erosion and Sediment Control Permit.
Target has not yet replied to our request for comment.
