Fargo Police reveal more details into ongoing investigation of fatal shooting

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Fargo Police revealed more details on the ongoing investigation into the fatal shooting late Monday night.
Police had responded to a report of a shooting at an apartment building in the 2700 block of 41st Street S. around 9:27 p.m.
The victim, 28-year-old Nadin Khoury, was found at the scene with what appeared to be several gunshot wounds.
A witness stated seeing a male with a black shirt and grey sweatpants.
Several firearm casings were found near the scene.
Authorities took the victim to a hospital where he died about 45 minutes later.
