Hankinson, ND man jailed for DUI after rollover crash near Dakota Magic Casino

RICHLAND CO., N.D. (KVRR) — A Hankinson, North Dakota man was jailed after rolling his vehicle near Dakota Magic Casino last night.

Richland County Sheriff’s Office says 19-year-old Ethan Perales was driving from South Dakota into North Dakota when he lost control of his car while taking a curve.

The car went into the north ditch and rolled at least one time and landed upside down.

Perales and a 19-year-old passenger have minor injuries and were treated at the scene.

He was arrested for DUI.
