High risk sex offender registers address in Grand Forks

GRAND FORKS, N.D. — The Grand Forks Police Department is notifying the public of a high risk sex offender.

Keith Siracusa now lives at 1712 Continental Drive in Apartment 101 in Grand Forks.

Siracusa was put on the sex offender registry after being convicted of one count of attempted criminal sexual conduct in 1997.

According to the North Dakota Sex Offender Registry, while working as a maintenance employee at an unnamed college, Siracusa laid in wait without pants and wearing surgical gloves for a female college student he knew was coming to the basement of a college building where he then choked and attempted to rape her.
