Grand Forks man accused of sexually abusing young girl

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR-KFGO) – A Grand Forks man is charged after being accused of sexually assaulting a young girl multiple times over several years.

Roman Harrow is charged with five counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of indecent exposure from the abuse, which investigators say took place between January 2016 and December 2018.

Court records say Harrow was also a minor at the time, but the charges filed Thursday indicate he is now an adult.

Investigators interviewed a girl who said she was 8-years-old when Harrow sexually abused her at least six times.

A warrant was issued for Harrow’s arrest and he is now in custody at the Grand Forks County Jail.
