Co-worker chased around tavern in Grand Forks by man with a knife

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Grand Forks man faces several charges after chasing a co-worker around Denny’s Tavern with a knife, threatening to kill him.
It happened just after midnight on Sunday.
The victim told officers that he defended himself by shoving and punching Jerome Kadlec as he ran inside the bar.
Officers later found Kadlec outside slumped over the steering wheel with a bottle of beer in the cupholder and a case of beer on the floorboard.
His blood alcohol level was .172.
Kadlec faces a number of charges including the attempt to commit aggravated assault, terrorizing and possession of meth.
