UPDATE: I-29 reopened, but no travel advised in southeast North Dakota

FARGO (KVRR-KFGO) – I-29 has been reopened, but no travel is advised in parts of southeast North Dakota.
Travel was difficult for most of Tuesday with sections of both I-29 and I-94 closed for parts of the day.
The North Dakota Department of Transportation and Highway Patrol issued ‘No Travel’ advisories for the southeastern corner of the state after multiple vehicles went off roads and semis jackknifed. That eventually lead to closures on I-94 and I-29 in the afternoon before some portions opened up Tuesday night.
The remainder of the closed highways reopened Wednesday around 7 a.m.
