CASS COUNTY, N.D. (KVRR) – The North Dakota Highway Patrol is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the driver of a car involved in a hit-and-run incident.

NDHP says the collision took place just after 2:00 P.M. on November 25 near mile marker 72 on I-29. A Dodge Journey SUV rear-ended a Chevrolet Blazer and then continued southbound without stopping. The juvenile driver of the Blazer received minor injuries as a result and called 911 for assistance.

The Highway Patrol has released an image of the Journey they believe is responsible, which would have a Minnesota Habitat license plate and front-end damage. Anyone with information or leads about the car or its driver is asked to email acashin@nd.gov or call 701-328-2447.
